Why come to the 2010 Conference?
There are many reasons and here are a few of the main ones:
-To hear God's word through annointed Pastors who will encourage you to grow and strengthen your faith.
-To catch up with distant friends from across Australia and get to know others in the Kingdom of Christ.
-To get some rest and recovery after a year of hard work. No need to cook or clean at the conference.
-Laugh together, Cry together, Sing together, Pray together, Learn together, Eat together (no responsibility is taken for individuals or whole families that gain weight at the end of the conference).
-After the conference, stay at Phillip Island and enjoy the sights and attractions of the area

Are there programs for 5 to 12 year olds?
Yes, we have enlisted the services Awana Clubs International, specialists in ministering children with Bible teaching and activities, to look after the children in this age group. The children's program will run concurrently with the conference program so that parents can relax and enjoy the preachings.

Are there programs for kids under 5 years old?
Unfortunately due to limited resources and personnel we do not have a child-minding program for children under 5 years old. There is a cry room adjacent to the Vietnamese Conference so that you can both care for your children and listen to the preaching at the same time.

Why are the conference fees so high?
The organising commitee of the conference have done their very best to reduce costs in organising the conference. We have only charged a basic fee to cover the expenses of hosting this conference.

Consider that an average motel room in Australia is $100 per night, with higher tariffs for the holiday season and tourist locations like Phillip Island. In comparison, the total charge for a person attending the whole conference (4 nights) in standard accommodation at PIAR is $380 which is only $95 per night. Added to that you get great meals, great preachers great worship and great activities.
Make sure you register now.

Why are there two different fees for conference?
This is so you can clearly see what you are paying for. You'll see that we have kept the fee as low as possible so that as many people can attend the conference as possible.

The registration fee covers our expenses for the Keynote speakers, sound and lighting, conference handbook, transportation etc. This fee is different depending on age group.

The accommodation and meals fee covers meals and accommodation expenses at either Phillip Island Adventure Resort or the Continental Hotel. For an adult staying at Phillip Island Adventure Resort for 4 nights is $310, which is only $78 per night including meals. Great Value!

If I only attend the conference meetings but do not eat and do not sleep at the conference do I still need to pay?
You still need to pay the registration fee which helps us cover costs for the keynote speakers, sound and lighting, restroom use etc. Due to discounting of fees, your contribution will ensure our budget remains even.

Should I register online or by mail-in?
We prefer online registrations as this will save us time entering your details into the database. All your personal details will remain secure on our database and are only used for the purpose of organising the conference. You can still register by mail-in if you prefer.

How can a group of us stay together in one room?
Make sure you all register together in one online registration or one form.
