• The Conference fee for part-time attendees consists of two fees: Registration Fee and Meal Fee.
• The Registration Fee covers our expenses for the Keynote Speakers, Worship band, Sound and Lighting, handbooks, airport/train pickup and drop off etc. The registration fee is different for each age group.
• The Meal Fee covers all relevant meal costs. The meal fee is different for each session and age group.
• If you attend the conference and do not require meals, please use Table 1. If meals are required, please add Registration Fee and Meal Fee (Tables 1 and 2)

The Conference caterer must know how many people to cater for each day. Therefore, you must register your attendance, which meals you and your family require and make all payments by 1.9.2010. Please note the Conference organisers cannot provide meals to those who attend the Conference without registering beforehand.

• The Conference fee has two components: The Registration Fee and The Accommodation & Meal Fee
• The Registration Fee covers our expenses for the Keynote Speakers, Worship band, Sound and Lighting, handbooks, transport etc. The registration fee is different for each age group.
• The Accommodation & Meal Fee includes accommodation and all meals for the full duration of the conference. The accommodation fee is different depending on age group and choice of accommodation.
• The Total Fee Per Person is the sum of The Registration Fee and The Accommodation & Meals Fee
• There are six choices of accomodation: Phillip Island Adventure Resort Standard (PIAR), Phillip Island Adventure Resort 4 Stars (PIAR 4S), The Continental Hotel- Standard Suite (SS), Continental Hotel Garden Suite (GS), The Continental Hotel- Ocean View Standard Suite (OV) và The Continental Hotel- Ocean View Spa Suite (OVSPA).
• Phillip Island Adventure Resort (PIAR) is where the conference will be held.
• The Continental Hotel is approximately 7km from Phillip Island Adventure Resort or a 5 – 7 minute drive. Those who choose the hotel must have their own car.
• No change or upgrade of accommodation at Philip Island Adventure Resort upon arrival at the Conference. Please refer to Policies, Terms and Conditions

Cancellation and Transfer Policy:

Cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the total fees if made in writing before the 1st December 2010. No refund is payable after that date but registrations can be transferred to substitute delegates without penalty. Please notify us of any transfer no later than 17th December 2010.

Terms and Conditions:

By signing the registration, the attendee agrees to:

1. The conditions set out by the conference committee.
2. The conditions set out by Phillip Island Adventure Resort.
3. The conditions set out by the Continental Hotel, if staying there.
4. The cancellation and transfer policy.
5. The Registration fee does not include insurance. Delegates are encouraged to make their own insurance arrangements to cover any loss caused by unforeseen delay, circumstance or cancellation.
6. Accommodation at Philip Island Adventure Resort: No change or upgrade of accommodation upon arrival at the Conference.
7. Accommodation at Continental Hotel: The Conference Committee will take NO responsibility for any change or additional costs that incur within the Hotel's premises.
8. The Conference Committee takes NO responsibility for any loss or damage of delegate's personal property.
9. It is the responsibility of the Parents to have their children, from 3 years old, attending the supervised Children's Program during Adults Meeting Sessions
10. Parents are responsible for keeping their children quiet during the Adults’ Meeting sessions, if their children do not attend the supervised Children's Program.
11. During the whole Conference, parents are responsible for the safety of their own children.

Chúc mừng Thầy Ninh Quốc Bảo tại Denmark đã thắng giải thi sáng tác Logo. Sau nhiều lần thảo luận, Ban Tổ Chức Đại Hội đã chọn logo nầy để làm logo cho Đại Hội Liên Hữu Tin Lành Úc Châu năm 2010. Giải thưởng sẽ được trao cho người đại diện trong ngày khai mạc hay bế mạc Đại Hội.

Ý nghĩa của logo:

• Hình trái tim biểu tượng lòng đại từ của Chúa, diễn tả sự khoan dung, nhân từ của Ngài trên đời sống của chúng ta.
• Bàn tay của Chúa bồng ẵm, bảo vệ chúng ta theo ý câu Kinh Thánh khẩu hiệu Êsai 49:15
• Hình trẻ thơ ngủ yên biểu tượng tấm lòng đơn sơ tin cậy nơi Chúa. Hình em bé và thập tự có cùng màu diễn tả đời sống gắn bó với Chúa và vững tin nơi Ngài.

Vào chiều thứ sáu 13/03/09, phái đoàn Hội Thánh Springvale gồm có ông bà Thành, ông Bon, ông Bạch, ông bà Quốc Lâm, anh Minh, anh Tuấn, và anh Lĩnh đã đi tham quan trường Đại Học La Trobe là nơi có thể tổ chức Đại Hội Liên Hữu Tin Lành năm 2010. Vì là ngày thứ sáu, nhiều người phải đi học và đi làm, nên phái đoàn lần này không đông như lần đi thăm University of Ballarat.

Cô Cate Macnamara là Phụ trách viên cho các Hội Nghị (Conferencing, Systems and Marketing Coordinator) giới thiệu tổng quát về La Trobe University và dẫn chúng tôi tham quan các phòng ốc. La Trobe University (Bundoora Campus) cách trung tâm Melbourne city khoảng 14km, nằm ở góc đường Plenty Rd và Kingsbury Drive. La Trobe University khá rộng, có nhiều chỗ đậu xe chung quanh campus. Trường có 3 college (Chisholm, Glenn, và Menzies College), nhưng nếu Đại Hội tổ chức tại đây, chúng ta chỉ sử dụng Glenn và Menzies College.
