Registrations are now open for the Vietnamese Christian Fellowship Conference 2010. Registration can be made either online or paperbased. Please note that registrations close on 31st October 2010.

We have forms for both Full Time and Part Time attendees. Please note that everyone wishing to attend Part Time must also submit a Part Time Registration by 31st October 2010 so that we can organise seating and catering for you. Those who do not register before attending will not be provided with meals.

Pastor Binh Nguyen currently serves as one of the Pastors at Faith Community Church in Winthrop (south of Perth) under the leadership of Senior Pastor Benny Ho. He is one of Australia’s emerging dynamic young pastors, leading an alive and growing church, Binh is one of the most effective communicators to youth going around today. With a background in teaching and having served as a youth leader in the Perth Vietnamese Evangelical Church, Binh has a wealth of experience in working with youth in both a church and secular context. Recent speaking roles at conferences nation-wide have cemented Binh’s reputation as an exciting speaker with a fresh word from God to the next generation.
Binh lives in Perth, Australia with his wife Tran and son Ollie.

Why come to the 2010 Conference?
There are many reasons and here are a few of the main ones:
-To hear God's word through annointed Pastors who will encourage you to grow and strengthen your faith.
-To catch up with distant friends from across Australia and get to know others in the Kingdom of Christ.
-To get some rest and recovery after a year of hard work. No need to cook or clean at the conference.

Please register online. However if you prefer to register by post, please fill in the form below and send to us. If you and your friends or family want to stay in the same room, please register together in one form. Registrations and payments close on 31/10/2010.

  • The Conference fee for part-time attendees consists of two fees: Registration Fee and Meal Fee.
  • The Registration Fee covers our expenses for the Keynote Speakers, Worship band, Sound and Lighting, handbooks, airport/train pickup and drop off etc. The registration fee is different for each age group.
  • The Meal Fee covers all relevant meal costs. The meal fee is different for each session and age group.
  • If you attend the conference and do not require meals, please use Table 1. If meals are required, please add Registration Fee and Meal Fee (Tables 1 and 2)

The Conference caterer must know how many people to cater for each day. Therefore, you must register your attendance, which meals you and your family require and make all payments by 1.9.2010. Please note the Conference organisers cannot provide meals to those who attend the Conference without registering beforehand.

Cancellation and Transfer Policy:

Cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the total fees if made in writing before the 1st December 2010. No refund is payable after that date but registrations can be transferred to substitute delegates without penalty. Please notify us of any transfer no later than 17th December 2010.

Terms and Conditions:

By signing the registration, the attendee agrees to:

  1. The conditions set out by the conference committee.
  2. The conditions set out by Phillip Island Adventure Resort.
  3. The conditions set out by the Continental Hotel, if staying there.
  4. The cancellation and transfer policy.
  5. The Registration fee does not include insurance. Delegates are encouraged to make their own insurance arrangements to cover any loss caused by unforeseen delay, circumstance or cancellation.
  6. Accommodation at Philip Island Adventure Resort: No change or upgrade of accommodation upon arrival at the Conference.
  7. Accommodation at Continental Hotel: The Conference Committee will take NO responsibility for any change or additional costs that incur within the Hotel's premises.
  8. The Conference Committee takes NO responsibility for any loss or damage of delegate's personal property.
  9. It is the responsibility of the Parents to have their children, from 3 years old, attending the supervised Children's Program during Adults Meeting Sessions
  10. Parents are responsible for keeping their children quiet during the Adults’ Meeting sessions, if their children do not attend the supervised Children's Program.
  11. During the whole Conference, parents are responsible for the safety of their own children.
